The Progressive Socialist Party condemned “depriving Suwayda students of their right to access official examination centers in the governorate’s countryside,” considering that “these irresponsible practices constitute a dangerous manifestation of the project to separate Suwayda from Syria, whatever the cost, even if that comes at the expense of the future of the governorate’s people and their right to education.”
Al-Taqadudi affirmed its rejection of all speeches and practices that push Suwayda towards secession or dependence on Israel, because they represent a departure from the history of the Druze, their national and Arab identity, and their faith, which was never a cover for the occupation or partition projects.
ولفت إلى أن "الدروز جزء أصيل من أوطانهم، وأن مستقبل أبناء السويداء لا يكون إلا بالحوار والمصالحة والشراكة الوطنية ضمن سوريا الموحّدة".
